JASPAR recognised as an ELIXIR Core Data Resource
JASPAR, the long-standing and widely used database for transcription factor binding profiles, is now recognised as an ELXIR Core Data Resource. The work behind this service is led by Anthony Mathelier, Associate Director and Group Leader of the Computational Biology & Gene Regulation group at the Norwegian Centre for Molecular Biosciences and Medicine (NCMBM) at the University of Oslo. ELIXIR Norway's personnel play an essential role in JASPAR's maintenance, development, and operation.
